HOW TO ORDER
If you are interested in having us design and build a piece of furniture for you, please send an email. We are also happy to sit down and chat with you about your dream piece.
After the details are worked out, we will procure the wood which is sourced locally and work will begin. Please know that our projects are handmade and depending on the scope, level of detail and work load these can take some time. We pay attention to detail and don’t like to rush a project because we stand behind our lifetime quality guarantee. If you have a specific deadline for having a piece made, please make contact as early as possible to determine if that deadline can be met. A design fee will be collected at this point and applied to the project balance.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is expected upfront and 50% upon completion.
Where possible, we are happy to deliver the piece ourselves for a fee to cover the costs of transportation. If the piece must be shipped we will crate the piece and find the best shipping option with costs for crate labor and materials and shipping fees covered by the client.
